Sunderkand Path mandali across Delhi NCR
Sunderkand is the one chapter of the Ramcharitmanas in which every undertaking succeeds, which is why families across the NCR hold a path when work has stalled, when a court or property matter is dragging, before a wedding, or in thanksgiving after a new home or a recovery. Our mandalis travel across the region — the Dwarka and Dwarka Expressway societies, the Noida Expressway and Sector 70–150 belt, Greater Noida West, Indirapuram and Raj Nagar Extension in Ghaziabad, the Golf Course Extension and Sohna Road corridors in Gurugram, the Faridabad Greater sectors, and the older colonies of South and West Delhi.
What our Delhi NCR mandali brings
- Three experienced Vedic acharyas who sing the chaupais rather than recite them, so your guests can join in
- Dholak, harmonium and manjira for a full sangeetmay Sunderkand
- Gauri Ganesh Puja and sankalp to open the ceremony
- Hanuman Chalisa, Bajrang Baan and the closing aarti
- Sindoor and chola offering to Hanuman ji
- Complete samagri, brought to your address — nothing for you to source
- Guidance on the prasad, usually boondi laddoo, churma or gud-chana
If you would rather have a single pandit ji recite the path quietly for a small family sankalp, we arrange that across the same areas.

Homes, society halls and offices
A good share of NCR bookings are not in a flat at all. We regularly arrange paths in society community halls in the Noida and Gurugram townships, in local temples, and in offices for a business sankalp or a new branch opening. Tell us the venue and the number of guests you expect and we will size the mandali and the sound arrangements to match — a hall of two hundred needs a different setup from a drawing room of fifteen.
Choosing the day
Tuesday and Saturday are Hanuman ji’s days, and most families in the NCR choose a Tuesday morning or a Saturday evening. Hanuman Jayanti, Ram Navami and the Tuesdays of Shravan book out early. If you are holding the path alongside a housewarming, we will work to your Griha Pravesh muhurat instead.
How booking works
- Message us with your locality — for example Sector 137 Noida, Sector 65 Gurugram, Dwarka Sector 12 — the date, and whether you want a mandali or a single pandit ji.
- We confirm the team, the time slot and an all-inclusive price on WhatsApp before you commit.
- The mandali arrives with all samagri and instruments, and performs the complete path.
- The path closes with aarti and prasad distribution.
Frequently asked questions
Which areas of Delhi NCR do you cover?
All of it — Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida including Noida Extension, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Tell us your sector or colony and we will confirm a mandali for your date.
How long does a Sunderkand Path take?
About 2.5 to 3 hours for a full recitation. A sangeetmay path with singing usually runs a little longer, around 3 to 3.5 hours.
What is the difference between a mandali and a single pandit?
A mandali is a group, usually three acharyas with dholak, harmonium and manjira, who sing the path so guests can join in. A single pandit ji recites it himself, which suits a quieter family sankalp or a smaller flat.
Can you hold the path in our society hall?
Yes. We regularly perform in society community halls, temples and offices across the NCR as well as in homes.
How many guests can attend?
Any number. Most families invite 10 to 40 relatives and neighbours; for a society hall we have arranged paths for well over a hundred.
What does the family need to arrange?
A clean space with mats or dari for guests, a small table for the Hanuman ji photo or idol, and the prasad. The mandali brings everything else.
